Role Description This full time, on-site Junior Software Tester role is based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Junior Software

Tester will execute test cases for internal tools and platforms used to support cybersecurity channel sales operations, ensuring that software features work as intended and are free from major defects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing manual tests, documenting results, and reporting issues clearly to the development and QA teams. The role also involves retesting resolved defects,



maintaining test documentation, and collaborating closely with product owners and engineers to improve quality and reliability.

The Junior Software

Tester is expected to follow established testing processes, participate in team reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Test Execution skills for validating features and identifying defects.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Test Cases skills to design, maintain, and improve structured testing workflows.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, understand system behavior, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC, and familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) is beneficial.
- Exposure to manual testing concepts; knowledge of automation fundamentals or scripting is a plus.
- Ability to document findings clearly, communicate with cross-functional teams, and follow standardized processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
