The brand has gained strong customer loyalty, particularly for its natural, plant-based solutions for skin, hair, and overall well-being. Building on this success, Addvantis has expanded into services with Vedaearth Lounge, Bengaluru’s first Vegan Spa & Salon, where products and treatments are designed to promote holistic rejuvenation.
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative, organized and detail-oriented candidate to join us as a Junior Social Media Specialist & Content Creator and support Vedaearth’s organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
The role will focus on content planning and creation, shoot coordination, publishing, community engagement, and collaborations with influencers and other content creators..
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the agency team in creating and managing the monthly social media content calendar
- Develop reel concepts, scripts, captions, stories and campaign content
- Capture high-quality photographs and short-form videos at lounge locations
- Edit reels, stories and videos for social media
- Coordinate content shoots with lounge teams, photographers and videographers
- Identify and coordinate with influencers,
UGC creators and other relevant content partners
- Share creative briefs and manage collaboration timelines, deliverables and approvals
- Schedule and publish approved content across social platforms
- Ensure all content follows Vedaearth’s brand tone and visual guidelines
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions and customer queries
- Track social media trends and relevant content opportunities
- Review content for accuracy before publishing
- Maintain an organized library of images, videos and approved creatives
- Support lounge launches, events, offers and brand campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Ability to shoot engaging content using a smartphone or camera
- Good understanding of influencer and creator collaborations
- Solid coordination and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Willingness to travel between Bengaluru lounge locations for shoots.
Preferred Experience Experience in content creation or social media management for wellness, beauty, spa, salon, hospitality, healthcare or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
