About the role
Sell websites, billing software, CRMs, local branding, WhatsApp automation, social media management and creative services to small and medium businesses in Jalgaon and nearby towns.
Responsibilities
- Achieve ₹1,00,000 monthly sales
- Conduct field visits, demos, proposals and follow-ups
- Maintain daily CRM updates and weekly pipeline reports
- Build long-term client relationships and referrals
Requirements
- 0–2 years of field or B2B sales experience
- Fluent Marathi/Hindi; English is a plus
- Own transport and a target-driven mindset
Pay and incentives ₹20,000–₹30,000 fixed per month. After reaching the ₹1,00,000 monthly target, earn 10% of every additional sale the same day, with no cap.
