Purpose of the Role The Junior Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, coordinating with clients, maintaining sales records, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and project updates.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and order records.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations, orders, and payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and customer communications.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through email and telephone.





Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of sales coordination and customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in sales coordination or customer support will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the signage, advertising, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
