We are looking for motivated freshers to join our team as Junior Trainee Rebar Detailers . Selected candidates will receive practical exposure and training in reinforcement detailing, structural drawings, and construction documentation under the guidance of experienced professionals.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to develop specialized technical skills and establish a career in the structural engineering and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn to read and interpret structural engineering drawings and construction documents.
- Assist in preparing reinforcement steel detailing drawings for structural elements such as beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and retaining walls.
- Learn to prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement quantity calculations.
- Assist in preparing structural shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Understand reinforcement detailing practices, drawing conventions, and construction requirements.
- Use computer-aided drafting tools and other relevant software as required for project execution.
- Coordinate with senior detailers, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Review drawings, incorporate revisions, and maintain accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Follow company procedures, project deadlines, and quality-control requirements.
- Participate in technical training and continuous learning activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering and structural engineering concepts.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage.




- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not mandatory for candidates willing to learn.
- Positive attention to detail and a willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to professional development.
