Role Description This full-time remote Junior Recruiter role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone or video interviews.

The Junior

Recruiter will coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves posting job descriptions, assisting with talent pipelines for recurring roles, and preparing basic reports on recruitment progress.



Collaboration with senior recruiters and account managers is expected in order to understand client requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Foundational recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Strong communication abilities, with clear, skilled written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and common job boards or professional networking platforms.
- Organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to build rapport, maintain confidentiality, and provide a positive experience to candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition; prior internship or consultancy experience in HR or staffing is a plus.
- Relevant education such as a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
