Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress trackers using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and deadline monitoring.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, quality, and site execution teams.
- Track engineering deliverables, material procurement, manufacturing progress, and project documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management review.
- Monitor project milestones and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential bottlenecks.
- Follow up with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Maintain project records, drawings, technical documents, MOMs, and action trackers.
- Support preparation of project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and look-ahead schedules.
- Assist in tracking project costs, material requirements, and delivery commitments.




- Ensure proper document control and compliance with project specifications and customer requirements.
- Support project managers in administrative and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project planning, or project management within the water treatment, wastewater treatment, process equipment, or manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Project is mandatory.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and progress tracking.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, fabrication, piping, pumps, tanks, and industrial systems.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Robust coordination, follow-up, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
