TECTICONISM Studio is a growing architectural and interior design outsourcing firm based in Connaught Place, New Delhi. We provide AutoCAD drafting, BIM modeling, and 3D services to US and European clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Architectural & Interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop DD Sets, CD Sets, and Construction Documentation.
- Prepare joinery, millwork, and cabinetry drawings.
- Understand design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
- Incorporate revisions and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with project teams and maintain drawing standards.
- Work on US and European projects as part of the outsourcing team.
- Deliver accurate work within project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architectural Assistantship / Interior Design / Civil Engineer Diploma or related field.
- 02 years of experience; freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D software is an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of architectural/interior detailing and joinery.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Candidates with outsourcing industry experience will be preferred.
