We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic NPD Engineer (Fresher) to join our New Product Development team in the sheet metal automotive components manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in new product development and product launch activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Tool Room departments.
- Support the preparation of APQP and PPAP documentation.
- Assist in preparing Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Support prototype development, sample inspection, and product trials.
- Maintain product development records and technical documentation.
- Follow up on development schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of quality documentation and product development is preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Freshers with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering can apply.
