We are looking for a creative, driven Junior Content Creator to join our team and help produce scroll-stopping content for our clients and the agency.

Role Overview

You will create content that performs — Reels, carousels, static creatives, ad copy, and UGC-style assets — across Instagram, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role with real client work from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate, script, and create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and static posts for client brands and Growvex Digital.
- Develop performance-focused ad creatives and UGC-style content for Meta Ads campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
- Assist in building and executing monthly content calendars.
- Stay updated with trends (especially in D2C, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, and lifestyle niches) and apply them creatively.
- Collaborate with the team on shoots, basic editing, and client deliverables.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut,



and AI tools to produce high-quality output efficiently.
- Track basic content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

- 0 to 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or a related creative role (internships and strong personal portfolios are welcome).
- Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, carousels, ad creatives, or social media content (mandatory — share links or samples).
- Good command of English + ability to write naturally in Hinglish.
- Proficiency in Canva; basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) preferred.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends, storytelling, and performance content.
- Comfortable working on-site in Jaipur.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to feedback in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads creatives, or D2C brands is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation is an advantage.

Compensation

Competitive, based on experience, portfolio strength, and interview performance. (Market range in Jaipur for this level is typically ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month; we will discuss based on your profile.)
