Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full-time, in office position based in Bodh Gaya. The role involves assisting in architectural design for residential and emerging commercial projects, including preparing drawings, plans, and 3D models under the guidance of senior architects.

The Junior

Architect will support project documentation, coordinate with engineering and construction teams, and help ensure design compliance with local regulations and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include refining design concepts, updating design revisions,



participating in site visits, and contributing to quality checks during execution. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions that align with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including conceptual design, space planning, and technical drawing.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills, such as using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and integrating design workflows with project management or BIM tools.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, coordination with site teams, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to work on-site in Bodh Gaya, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong visual, analytical, and written communication skills; prior internship or junior experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage.
