Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role involves supporting senior architects with concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting in the creation of architectural design presentations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating design details, updating plans and documentation, and helping to ensure that designs comply with local codes and regulations.

The Junior

Architect will participate in project reviews, contribute to design discussions, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.



The position also includes maintaining organized project files and supporting basic project management activities such as timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools or workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration, design software interoperability).
- Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and supporting coordination with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with an interest in building codes, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong analytical, visual, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented studio environment.
- Ability to work in office in Chandigarh and manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines.
