Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to shape innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review architectural plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
- Perform site visits and provide oversight during construction phases.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Prepare and present project proposals and feasibility studies to stakeholders.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s in Architecture .
- 0-1 year of architectural design and project management experience.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Enscape.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
