Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of interior and architectural projects, working on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing concept designs, assisting in developing detailed drawings and 3D models, and contributing to material selection and design documentation. The role involves coordinating with senior designers, consultants, and vendors, as well as participating in client meetings and site visits to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

The Junior

Architect will also help with project timelines,



basic project coordination, and maintaining organized project files and presentations.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetic spatial solutions.
- Working knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Basic experience or interest in Project Management, including task coordination, documentation, and adherence to schedules and milestones.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent design-related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and space-planning skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a studio environment and engage with clients and consultants professionally.
- Interest in contemporary design, materials, sustainability, and local building practices; prior internship or studio experience is an advantage.
