The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior AI Designer to help us design helpful digital products and AI-powered experiences that solve practical problems for clients and users.

Strong design fundamentals, a good eye for visual quality, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly are essential for this role.

You will work closely with our design and engineering teams across UI/UX, visual design, motion, interactive prototypes, and AI-assisted workflows.

You will get hands-on experience taking ideas from early explorations to working experiences used by real people.

The role is designed for someone starting their design career who wants to learn by creating, experimenting, receiving feedback, and taking increasing ownership over time.

What You'll Do:

- Design user flows, wireframes, and interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create visual assets and layouts with attention to typography, colour, hierarchy, and consistency.
- Design motion and micro-interactions that make experiences clearer and more engaging.
- Build interactive prototypes to test ideas, explain interactions, and explore AI-powered experiences.
- Use AI tools to support research, idea generation, visual exploration, and design iteration.
- Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to turn design ideas into working prototypes.
- Contribute to reusable components and design systems.
- Review your work, identify usability and visual issues, and improve it based on feedback.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and build practical solutions.
- Take responsibility for assigned work and communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly.

To Qualify for the Role, You Should Have:

- Good design fundamentals, including typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy,



and UI design principles.
- An understanding of basic UX concepts, user flows, interaction design, and usability.
- A portfolio showing your work and design process through personal projects, college assignments, internships, or freelance work.
- Some hands-on experience with visual design, motion design, and interactive prototyping.
- Some experience using Claude Code and AI tools for design exploration, learning, or building prototypes.
- An interest in frontend development and a willingness to learn how interfaces are built.
- The ability to explain your design decisions and evaluate the quality of work created with AI assistance.
- Comfort learning from documentation, tutorials, and experimentation when you do not immediately know the answer.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and care for the end-user experience.

- AI-Assisted Workflows: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and tools for visual generation and agentic workflows.
- Frontend Foundations: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
