Join our Online Operations team and help ensure that every hotel booking and travel reservation is accurate, seamless, and ready for our customers!
? What You’ll Do
- Reconcile travel bookings received through APIs with hotel and other supplier records.
- Verify reservation details, including booking information, to ensure accuracy across systems.
- Identify and resolve booking discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
- Manage booking-related queries and tickets through the CRM.
- Flag suspicious or potentially fraudulent reservations.
- Help maintain the quality and reliability of our B2B travel booking operations.
? What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience,
preferably in travel operations or the B2B travel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with B2B travel portals or booking systems is an advantage.
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset and an eagerness to learn.
