1. Execution of work at site

- Execute assigned activities as per approved drawings, specifications and the work schedule (excavation, piling, raft, columns, slabs, shear walls, MEP sleeves, blockwork, plaster, finishing)

- Supervise daily labour and contractor gangs and ensure work follows the instructions given by the Senior Engineer or Project Manager

- KPIs: daily or weekly target achieved vs. plan, slab cycle adherence (e.g. 7-10 days per floor), rework %

2. Quality control

- Check reinforcement (cover, spacing, lap length), shuttering, levels, alignment and verticality before concreting

- Take concrete samples (cubes, slump test) and maintain test registers

- Raise pre-pour clearance and inspection requests, and follow up on NCRs

- KPIs: pre-pour checklists completed 100%, cube test pass rate, NCR closure within timeline

3. Safety and site compliance

- Enforce PPE use, secure scaffolding, edge protection, formwork safety and lifting practices (tower crane, hoist, concrete pump)

- Conduct toolbox talks and report incidents and near-misses

- Ensure work permits for height work, confined space and hot work

- KPIs: zero lost-time incidents, toolbox talks held (weekly), safety observations closed on time

4. Measurement and quantity recording

- Take site measurements and maintain measurement books

- Assist in joint measurements with contractors for billing

- Reconcile material consumption (cement, steel, shuttering, RMC)



against actuals

- KPIs: measurement accuracy, quantity variance %, timely submission of measurements for bill processing

5. Material and resource coordination

- Raise material indents in advance and check deliveries against challans and specifications

- Monitor storage, stacking and wastage control

- Track labour attendance and productivity

- KPIs: zero work stoppage due to material shortage, wastage % vs. norms, indent lead time

6. Drawing and technical coordination

- Study drawings (architectural, structural, MEP) and flag clashes or discrepancies early

- Maintain the latest drawing register and ensure only approved drawings are used at site

- Coordinate with MEP, façade and finishing teams on sequencing and openings

- KPIs: RFIs raised and closed on time, zero execution against superseded drawings

7. Reporting and documentation

- Daily progress report (DPR), weekly status, photographs and site diary

- Maintain checklists, inspection records and as-built mark-ups

- KPIs: DPR submitted daily, record completeness in audits

8. Learning and development

- Build skills in quantity take-off, scheduling basics, and tools such as AutoCAD and MS Excel

- Support handover, snagging and punch-list closure

- KPIs: training hours completed, snag closure rate

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
