Electrical Audit &

- Compliance Management

- Plan and execute periodic electrical safety audits across branches, RACs, offices, and other facilities.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, electrical safety standards, and internal policies.

- Periodically revisit assessment parameters in line with the prevailing requirements and ensure audit is conducted accordingly.

- Track closure of audit observations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

- Monitor compliance related to earthing systems, LT panels, UPS systems, DG sets, transformers, and electrical installations.

- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Critical Equipment AMC Governance

- Manage centralized AMC operations for critical equipment including:

- Air Conditioning Systems

- UPS Systems

- Diesel Generator Sets

- Stabilizers

- Electrical Panels and associated infrastructure

- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed as per defined standards across all locations.

- Monitor AMC performance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Review maintenance reports and ensure timely rectification of identified issues.





- Drive improvements in equipment uptime and reliability.

Vendor &

- Service Partner Management

- Manage relationships with AMC vendors, OEMs, and service partners.

- Conduct vendor performance reviews and service quality assessments.

- Ensure timely deliverables, adherence to safety standards, and contractual compliance.

- Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and renewal processes.

Budget &

- Cost Management

- Prepare annual budgets for AMC and electrical compliance programs.

- Review AMC costs and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Support budgeting, provisioning, and financial planning for infrastructure maintenance initiatives.

- Validate vendor invoices and maintenance-related expenditures.

MIS &

- Reporting

- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for electrical audits, AMC compliance, uptime, and risk indicators.

- Present periodic reports to senior management on audit status, equipment health, vendor performance, and compliance metrics.

- Track KPIs related to maintenance efficiency, audit closure, and equipment reliability.
