Job Summary:-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Audit to manage and coordinate warehouse operational audits across Haryana and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, experience in audit management, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of audit observations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the audit team for warehouse operations.
- Prepare and manage audit visit plans for warehouses across Haryana and Maharashtra.
- Ensure the smooth execution of audit visits and the availability of all required data and supporting documents.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate audit findings, discrepancies, and observations.
- Prepare and share structured audit reports and findings with management within defined timelines.




- Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve audit observations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and track audit findings to ensure timely closure.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on audit progress, pending observations, and closure status.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements in warehouse processes and internal controls.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to warehouse locations as required.
