Felix Hospital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Corporate Marketing professional with a strong background in the Hospital/Healthcare industry only. The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate tie-ups, building relationships with companies and institutions, and generating business opportunities to increase hospital footfall and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, companies, industries, and business organizations.
- Identify and establish new corporate tie-ups to promote hospital services.
- Generate business opportunities through corporate healthcare partnerships, health check-up packages, and employee healthcare programs.
- Conduct corporate visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to develop long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate corporate health camps, employee wellness programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and hospital revenue.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate healthcare services.
- Maintain records of corporate clients, business leads,
meetings, and marketing activities.
- Achieve business development targets and identify new market opportunities.
- Strengthen the hospital's brand presence among corporate clients and institutions.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
Experience & Eligibility
- Prior experience in Corporate Marketing within the Hospital/Healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Candidates from non-healthcare industries will not be preferred.
- Candidates based in Noida and Greater Noida will be preferred.
- Experience in corporate tie-ups, hospital business development, and healthcare networking is desirable.
