Design and implement moderately complex features with minimal supervision

Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on development experience on Object-oriented language Java.
Positive understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
Experience building connectors, integrations,
plugins, or similar reusable components.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to go deep into technical issues.
Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing and troubleshooting.
Understanding of performance, scalability, and load testing.
Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI coding assistants as a core part of daily workflow (not occasional use)
Comfort operating in an AI-augmented engineering environment where both speed and quality bars are high
Ability to write precise, effective prompts and supply the right context to get production-quality AI output
