Position: Java Backend Developer Experience: 3-4 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, database technologies, and cloud platforms. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise applications. Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and business teams for successful project delivery. Optimize database queries and application performance. Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure application security, scalability,



maintainability, and reliability.
