- Assist in manufacturing precision cutting tools and machining components.

- Operate and learn to work on CNC machines, grinding machines, and other production equipment under supervision.

- Learn tool grinding, tool setting, machine loading/unloading, and basic machine operations.

- Follow production instructions, work standards, and safety procedures.

- Perform basic inspection of tools and components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

- Maintain quality standards and achieve production targets as per instructions.

- Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and discipline at the workplace.

- Follow company rules, attendance policies, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

- Basic technical knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing.

- Willingness to learn CNC machines and precision cutting tool manufacturing.

- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.

- Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
