Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and connectivity issues.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset records, including asset allocation, returns, warranty, and AMC details.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Support antivirus, IT security, and data backup activities.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs,



purchases, and maintenance.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Experience with printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT asset management.

Experience & Joining: Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Freshers with solid technical knowledge may also be considered.
