Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager - IT Hardware Sales to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in IT hardware sales, enterprise account management, team leadership, and customer relationship management.

The role involves driving sales of printers, laptops, desktops, scanners, networking products, AMC services, and other IT hardware solutions while achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire enterprise, SMB, and corporate clients.
- Drive sales of IT hardware products including: Printers & MFPs, Laptops & Desktops, Scanners, Networking Products, IT Peripherals & Infrastructure Solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities for AMC, leasing, managed services, and support contracts.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Account Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Manage key accounts and drive account mining initiatives for additional business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the company portfolio.

Team Handling & Leadership
- Lead, mentor,



and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting standards.

Channel & Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with vendor teams for joint customer engagements and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for successful solution delivery.

Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecast data.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and business reviews for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in IT Hardware Sales.
- Robust experience in selling Printers, Laptops, Desktops, Scanners, Networking Products, and related IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in handling and managing a sales team is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong enterprise account management and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain OEM and channel partner relationships.

Preferred
- Experience in AMC, leasing, managed services, and support contract sales.
- Existing network within corporate and enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and IT hardware industry.
