Roles & Responsibilities : (Looking For immediate joiner)

- Assist in understanding the hiring needs of the company and the job requirements for technical roles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and behavioral skills.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-up on candidate status.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to track recruitment progress and pipeline.
- Participate in onboarding activities, including coordinating with the HR department to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment status and progress to management.





Skills and Qualifications:

- 0 to 1 years of experience with an interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A good understanding of IT technologies and roles such as software developers, testers, system admins, etc., is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media is required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment domain

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
