Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.

- Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

- Recruit for roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cloud Engineers, and other technical positions.

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with technical managers and hiring teams.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with interview panels.

- Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and follow-ups.

- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases, and hiring reports.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

- Improve candidate engagement and minimize interview no-shows and offer dropouts.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in HR / Human Resources Management or a related specialization.

- Experience working in an IT company, software organization, or IT staffing environment.

- Experience hiring across multiple technical skill sets.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
