Job Overview

We’re looking for an IT Recruiter who has recruited across Europe, especially the Nordics, and has hands-on experience working with MSP accounts and VMS platforms.

What You will Be Working On

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and consulting roles across Europe.
- Source and engage candidates, with a strong focus on Sweden and other Nordic markets.
- Screen candidates for skills, availability, location, work authorization and rate expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and account managers updated.
- Negotiate rates within agreed budgets and support offer closure and onboarding.
- Build a candidate pipeline for recurring and niche requirements.

What We are Looking For

Must Have:

- Previous IT recruitment experience across Europe,



with direct exposure to Nordic hiring.
- Experience supporting MSP accounts and using platforms such as Magnit, Fieldglass or Beeline.
- A good understanding of contract staffing and the Nordic talent market.
- Experience hiring for software development, cloud, DevOps, data and similar technical roles.
- Robust sourcing, communication and negotiation skills.
- Someone who takes ownership, follows up consistently and can manage multiple requirements.
- Availability to work European business hours.
