We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for passionate, target-driven IT Recruiters who can manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of IT technologies, recruitment processes, and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, and other niche IT skills, depending on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients,



and hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily activity reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and minimise offer dropouts and joining backouts.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of technical job descriptions and IT skill requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality submissions and successful closures.
- Experience in recruitment consulting or staffing companies will be an advantage.
