- Manage end-to-end IT procurement activities , including PR/PO creation, tracking, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle procurement and tracking of IT hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, AMC, and warranties .
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, renewals, and invoice-related queries .
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, procurement records, license details, and financial trackers .
- Work on SAP/ERP systems for procurement transactions and use ticketing/tracking tools for request management.
- Prepare MIS reports and Excel-based trackers for procurement, assets, invoices, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams for timely closure of requirements.
