Required Skills
- Solid experience in IT recruitment and technical talent sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, job descriptions, and candidate evaluation.
- Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals, Excel, and recruitment tracking systems.
