IT Infrastructure Project Leader

Industry: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Leader to manage end-to-end infrastructure and integration projects in a fast-paced life sciences/pharmaceutical environment . The ideal candidate will have strong IT project management experience combined with hands-on understanding of IT infrastructure and experience working on complex integration or transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and integration projects , from planning through execution and transition.
- Manage infrastructure readiness, including network, servers, equipment relocation/setup, and related IT systems .
- Drive infrastructure integration activities during M&A; and business transformation projects .
- Coordinate with IT, Network, Security, Workplace Services, Lab Operations, Facilities, Engineering, InfoSec, and Compliance teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure infrastructure projects meet required quality, compliance, safety, and data-integrity standards .
- Establish project governance, reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption to business and lab operations.

Required Experience




- 10+ years of overall experience , with solid experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site infrastructure projects .
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and related systems.
- Experience with M&A; integration, infrastructure transformation, or large-scale integration programs .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within global, matrixed organizations .
- Experience in pharma, biotechnology, clinical labs, or R&D; environments is highly preferred.

Good to Have
- Experience in lab infrastructure integration or corporate real estate/infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP, regulatory compliance, and data integrity .
- PMP, PRINCE2, LEAN/Six Sigma, or relevant infrastructure/facility certifications.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Ideal Candidate A senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Project Leader who can independently drive complex infrastructure and integration programs, particularly within pharma, biotech, clinical, or R&D; environments , and can work across IT, facilities, engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
