Kadkraft Systems Private Limited is looking for an IT Executive to manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support and help our team use AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and network devices.
- Support users with Windows, MS Office, email and other business applications.
- Manage data backups, antivirus protection, software licences and IT inventory.
- Use AI tools to improve documentation, reporting and routine workflows.
- Guide employees on effective AI usage while protecting confidential company data.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in IT,
Computer Science or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of computer hardware, software installation and networking.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
- Valuable troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant IT support experience of 2-4 years preferred.
