We are looking for an experienced IT Head to lead and manage IT operations, technology strategy, digital transformation and infrastructure across multiple business domains, including Real Estate, Healthcare, Medical Technology and Digital Health Solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across real estate and healthcare operations.
- Manage healthcare technology platforms, medical applications, and digital health solutions.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business management systems.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage software development, application integration, and system upgrades.
- Ensure data security, privacy, regulatory compliance and IT governance.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, developers, and technical support staff.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand business requirements.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.




- Monitor IT performance and ensure the reliability and scalability of systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve business processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in IT, including leadership roles.Solid experience in IT infrastructure, software systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Experience working across multiple business domains, preferably Real Estate and Healthcare Technology.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing IT teams, vendors, and large-scale technology projects.
