Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Executive to provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and assist employees with hardware, software, network, and IT-related requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, system access, and software installations.
- Assist with antivirus updates, system security, data backups, and basic IT maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment allocation, repairs, and software licences.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors for technical issues.
- Support the use of company software, applications, and business systems.




- Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment at the Head Office and project sites, as required.
- Maintain IT documentation and follow company IT policies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop support.
- Freshers with positive technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and internet connectivity.
- Knowledge of MS Office, printers, email configuration, and software installation.
- Basic knowledge of antivirus, system security, and data backup.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Salary & Benefits Salary: As per experience, skills, and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
