Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.

Assist users with email, VPN, and application access issues.

Configure systems for current employees and support onboarding/offboarding activities.

Install software updates, antivirus, and security patches.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.

Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team when required.

Support basic network devices and office IT infrastructure.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
