Position: IT Executive

Reporting To: Head of IT

Work Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

- Role Overview To manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, servers, business applications, cybersecurity, and IT assets, ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted technology operations across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities

A. IT Infrastructure & Network Management

- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor network connectivity, server performance, and FortiGate Firewall operations.

B. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding, user access, and system configurations.

C. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

- Maintain endpoint security, access controls, system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Support cybersecurity measures and ensure adherence to IT security policies.

D. IT Assets & Vendor Coordination

- Maintain IT asset inventories, software licenses, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with ISPs, hardware/software vendors, cybersecurity providers, and external technology partners.

Application Support & Coordination

- Support business application integrations and technical connectivity with NSE, BSE, CDSL, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve technical issues.

3. Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of network administration, FortiGate Firewall, endpoint security, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in IT asset management, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

4. Expected Deliverables
- Stable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure and network connectivity.
- Timely resolution of technical issues and uninterrupted end-user support.
- Efficient server performance, backup, and recovery processes.
- Updated IT asset records, access controls, and technical documentation.
- Effective cybersecurity practices and timely application integration support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
