– IR Executive

Location: Surat / Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IR Executive with plant experience to manage industrial relations, contract labour, site-level HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliances. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with site teams, handling employee grievances, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage industrial relations and day-to-day HR activities at plant/site locations.

 Handle contract labour management, manpower coordination, and employee relations.

 Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

 Manage attendance, salary preparation, payroll coordination, and related HR documentation.

 Handle PF, ESIC, statutory compliances, and government liaisoning.

 Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, training, and development activities.

 Implement company HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.

 Prepare HR MIS reports, attendance reports,



and other management reports.

 Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.

 Coordinate with site teams and management for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.

 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR/IR, preferably in a plant or industrial setup.

 Strong knowledge of contract labour management, industrial relations, and statutory compliances.

 Basic knowledge of salary preparation, payroll processes, PF, and ESIC.

 Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Pivot Tables,

and MIS reporting.

 Valuable communication, coordination, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.

 Must be a team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with site personnel and management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
