We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Manager to lead our Process Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and excellence, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes and procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on new processes and procedures.
- Monitor and control processes to ensure they meet desired outcomes.

Job Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
- Proven experience in process excellence, quality improvement, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
