Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst with practical experience in online investigations, social media research, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The role focuses on identifying potential brand infringements, counterfeit products, suspicious sellers, and unauthorized online listings through digital research.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct web research and secondary research using online and public sources.
- Monitor eCommerce marketplaces and investigate suspicious sellers and product listings.
- Research social media platforms to identify potential brand misuse and intellectual property infringements.
- Identify potential counterfeit products, unauthorized listings, and suspicious online activities.
- Support brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, and IP infringement investigations.
- Collect, verify, and organize research findings and supporting evidence.




- Prepare structured investigation reports and maintain accurate records using MS Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in online research, investigations, or intellectual property research.
- Practical exposure to IPR, brand protection, counterfeit detection, or online infringement research.
- Experience in web research, social media research, and eCommerce marketplace monitoring.
- Robust information-gathering, analytical, and observational skills.
- Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and prepare clear research reports.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Skills Experience in trademark research, online seller investigations, marketplace monitoring, anti-counterfeiting, digital content protection, or Power BI will be an advantage.
