- Manage and oversee the inward operations process, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Prepare and review GRN (Goods Received Note) and other documentation related to inward operations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in inward operations and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in inward operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and ROS (Radio Frequency System).
- Excellent team management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
