Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive “Investor Relations Associate” to support effective communication and relationship management with investors, shareholders, and other financial stakeholders. The role involves preparing investor communications, coordinating meetings, analyzing financial and market information, and supporting management in maintaining strong investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, institutional investors and wealth managers.

- Support the investor relations team in preparing presentations, pitch decks, investor updates, marketing materials Drive investor outreach through social platforms like Linkedin and professional networks.

- Identify and engage the right investors for fundraise.

- Manage investor conversations and follow-ups from first contact through closing. Coordinate meetings between investors and the founding team.

- Prepare pitch decks, fund presentations, and regular investor updates.

- Maintain the investor database, CRM,



and outreach tracker.

- Work closely with the investment team to communicate our strategy, track record, and pipeline.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Wealth Management, AIF/PMS Distribution, or Investment Banking.

- Pro active approach, strong communication, relationship-management, and followup skills.

- Comfortable engaging senior professionals and decision-makers.

- Working knowledge of fund structures, fundraising, and pitch materials.

- A robust personal and professional network (a big plus). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

- Good understanding of Venture Capital / Private Equity industry Robust communication and presentation skills, motivated and detailed-oriented Good analytical skills and learning attitude, positive and collaborative.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹572,000.00 per month
