Key Responsibilities: The Investor Relations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Satara ( work from home option available).

Manage investor relations activities and communication with investors, analysts, institutional shareholders and other stakeholders.

Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings presentations, financial updates, corporate factsheets and other investor communication materials.

Coordinate quarterly and annual financial results-related activities, including investor communications and earnings call arrangements.

Support the preparation of annual reports, investor updates, business performance presentations and other corporate disclosures.

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Secretarial and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

Monitor shareholding patterns, investor queries, market developments and peer-company disclosures.

Support compliance with applicable SEBI regulations,



stock exchange requirements and corporate disclosure obligations, wherever relevant.

Assist in organising investor meetings, analyst interactions, conference calls and investor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Equity Research, Financial Analysis or a related function.
- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations skills, including managing investor communications and supporting investor meetings and presentations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Finance to interpret financial data, understand market trends, and support investment-related discussions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to analyze financial reports, performance metrics, and industry information for investor materials.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to simplify complex financial information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) is an advantage.
- Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related roles in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation tools, and data analysis software; comfort working with financial statements and performance dashboards.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams on-site in Satara.
