Role Description The Investment Advisor (Inside Sales) role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their financial goals, and present suitable investment products and services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, explaining investment options, preparing basic financial proposals, and following up to close sales.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and meeting defined sales and service targets.

The Investment

Advisor is expected to provide clear, compliant information, support clients through decision-making, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance, Investments, and Investment Strategies, with the ability to explain concepts in simple terms.
- Skills in Financial Planning to understand client goals and suggest appropriate investment solutions.
- Customer Service skills to manage client queries, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based and in-person discussions.
- Ability to work towards sales targets, handle multiple leads, and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in inside sales, financial advisory, or banking is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
