We are looking for a qualified and experienced Interventional Cardiologist to diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases and perform interventional cardiac procedures. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiac care, managing emergency cardiac cases, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases.
- Perform interventional cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, and stent implantation.
- Manage acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, and other cardiac emergencies.
- Provide consultation and treatment plans for patients with heart-related conditions.
- Perform and interpret relevant cardiac investigations, including ECG, echocardiography, and other diagnostic studies within the scope of practice.
- Provide emergency cardiac care and participate in appropriate on-call duties.
- Coordinate with emergency medicine, intensive care, and other clinical departments for comprehensive patient management.
- Monitor patients before and after cardiac interventions and manage procedure-related complications.
- Maintain accurate medical records, procedure notes, and patient documentation.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis,



treatment options, procedures, and preventive cardiac care.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and departmental meetings.

Qualification
- DM / DrNB in Cardiology or an equivalent recognized super-specialty qualification.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council as applicable.
- Relevant training and competency in interventional cardiology procedures.

Experience
- Experienced candidates with hands-on expertise in interventional cardiology are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in managing cardiac emergencies and performing coronary interventions will be given preference.
