Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Intune Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. The candidate will be responsible for managing device configurations, application deployments, security policies, and compliance across corporate devices while ensuring a secure and efficient end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Manage device enrollment, provisioning, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.
- Deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications using Microsoft Intune.
- Implement endpoint security policies, including device restrictions, encryption, and security baselines.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to manage device identities and access policies.
- Support Windows Autopilot configuration and device provisioning.
- Monitor device compliance and resolve endpoint management issues.
- Troubleshoot Intune enrollment, application deployment, synchronization, and policy-related issues.
- Assist with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration and Conditional Access policies.




- Maintain technical documentation and follow established IT security and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues and improve endpoint management.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Good understanding of Windows device management and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and endpoint security.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Experience managing mobile devices using Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
