Fly Media Technology is looking for motivated MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources who want to begin their careers in HR and gain practical corporate experience in a professional work setting.
We are offering a 45-day unpaid training internship to help candidates understand our work processes and evaluate their suitability for the role. Based on performance and organizational requirements, candidates may be considered for a full-time job opportunity after the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
- Support HR documentation and employee record management.
- Assist with onboarding and other day-to-day HR activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support recruitment and HR operations.

- MBA graduates with a specialization in Human Resources.
