Role Description The Assistant role at TRADERsloop is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Assistant will support daily operations, including coordinating schedules, managing communication with learners and partners, and organizing documents and reports.

Responsibilities include assisting with course preparation, maintaining records, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting event or session logistics. The role may involve updating simple content, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs. The Assistant is expected to work closely with the team, maintain skilled standards, and contribute to a structured and efficient work setting.

6. Multitasking and Independence: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritise assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Professionalism and Customer Service: A polite, confident, presentable, and professional personality with a customer focused approach and the ability to handle enquiries efficiently.
8. Educational Qualifications: No minimum educational qualification is required. However, excellent spoken and written English communication skills, confidence, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are essential. Communication skills and overall suitability will be given greater importance than formal educational qualifications.
