- Handle customer queries related to domain registration, web hosting, and website services.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of relevant products.

- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.

- Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication with minimal grammatical errors.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Maintain accurate customer information and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Must be comfortable with sales and upselling.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Experienced candidates should have a explicit understanding of their previous experience and performance KPIs.
