- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate and monitor export orders, payment follow-ups, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare quotations, assist in negotiations, and support the export sales team with client-facing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, correspondence, and client interactions using MS Office tools.
